Project scope:
This project aims to create a minimalistic summer house that prioritizes sustainability. Through the use of eco-friendly materials and advanced technologies, we aim to minimize environmental impact while providing a comfortable retreat.
Sustainable Materials:
We’ll select renewable, recyclable materials such as responsibly sourced timber, reclaimed wood, and recycled metal for construction and finishes. Bamboo and recycled insulation will further reduce environmental impact.
Energy Efficiency:
The house will be powered by solar panels and batteries, with a heat pump for efficient heating and cooling. This ensures minimal reliance on non-renewable energy sources.
Water Conservation:
Low-flow fixtures, rainwater harvesting, and greywater recycling will minimize water usage, promoting sustainability in water management.
